Who says there's no longer any money in the music biz?

Jay-Z and Mary J are proving end-of-the-industry analysts to be wildly wrong, as they pad their already well-lined pockets with mo' dolla dolla bills, y'all.

According to Live Nation, both May & Jay are doing a killing on their tour off the 1st 8 dates grossing approximately $9 Million and are eying a total of over $33 Million over 28 dates.

Live Nation must be patting themselves on the back for getting Jay to sign that deal.

The concert was phenomenal. Mary J's performance was incredible; she truly places her heart into her music, and is an amazing live performer! Jay-z was also awesome and definitely got the crowd going "HOVA HOVA HOVA" throughout the entire show. Overall, a great show and a must see!
