NP Rank:
What Kim Possible and American Dragon fans want.
It should come as no surprise to the folks at Disney that Kim Possible fans everywhere are still fighting rigorously for a season five of Kim Possible. The Kim Possible fans who regard themselves as being a Kimmunity, have never abandoned their favorite girl, Kim Possible or their favorite boy, Ron Stoppable. Nor have they let go of Kim Possible's arch nemesis Dr. Drakken and his captious sidekick Shego. Kim Possible fans have refused to let Kim Possible be buried at such a young age of just eighteen, and with only four seasons. Instead they've embraced her through thousands of Kim Possible fan fiction stories and kept her legacy alive at such websites as the Ron Stoppable Really Neat Page( http://ronstoppable.proboards89.com/index.cgi) and kept the fighting going for her at both Ron Stoppable's Really Neat Page and at the http://www.fightforkp.com/ and at the new Home Of The Fight For Five http://markandbobsforum.proboards83.com/index.cgi better known as Animation Communication Central, where fans of animation and Kim Possible and American Dragon fans can really get together and have a good time.
The American Dragon fans feel just as passionate about their show American Dragon as do Kim Possible fans everywhere. American Dragon fans long for and miss Jake and Rose and some ADJL fans will go as far as to even miss the Huntsman, now that's true devotion on any ADJL fans part. American Dragon fans like Kim Possible fans have managed to keep American Dragon alive by writing fan fiction ( http://www.fanfiction.net/forums/cartoon/American_Dragon_Jake_Long/ ) and by promoting Jake Long at http://www.tv.com/american-dragon-jake-long/show/26513/summary.html and keeping Jake Long's legacy both alive for future generations, ( http://fightforadjl.com/v2/ ) while at the same time spreading the word about the show and generating new interest about the Jake Long.
Now to go on Disney bashing would be both unfair to Walt Disney and would set a wrong example of what the fans of KP and ADJL are trying to achieve here. KP fans and ADJL fans aren't Disney bashers. The decision to cancel Disney Channel's Kim Possible and American Dragon was made by Disney itself and now what's left for the fans of Kim Possible and American Dragon is to fight to get their shows back on the Disney Channel, or ABC Family, or even ABC itself. A combination of Kim Possible and American Dragon back to back could be a win-win situation for both Walt Disney and both Kim Possible and American Dragon fans alike. If the Walt Disney company would consider entertaining that notion.
The fans of Kim Possible and American Dragon aren't trying to be selfish, nor are they trying to make life difficult for Disney executives. All there trying to do is to win back the shows they love, to continue to be able to see new episodes of Kim Possible and American Dragon, just like "Family Guy" fans can continue to see new episodes every week of "Family Guy," and Simpsons fans get to see a 20th season of the Simpsons, let alone the fact that they got to see the Simpsons on big screen.
Mark McCorkle and Bob Schooley created an extraordinary Walt Disney animated series with Kim Possible and Jeff Goode created an amazingly, charming, phenomenal Walt Disney series with American Dragon. Both series were made even better with the addition of Steve Loter as director for both Kim Possible and American Dragon.
What Kim Possible fans want to see is a Season Five of Kim Possible and they'd like to see Walt Disney commit to allowing the show to continue on passed Season Five and allow for more seasons of Kim Possible, just like Fox has allowed for more seasons of "Family Guy", "King of the Hill", and of course the "Simpsons." KP fans would like to see Kim and Ron continue on as a couple, as there's thousands of pictures of Kim and Ron as a couple out there in cyberspace alone. As next to Jake and Rose, Kim and Ron are the cutest couple together. The majority of KP fans would also like to see Kim and Ron end up at the same college together along with Mr. Barkin, Monique and Bonnie. As well KP fans would like to see what happens to Dr. Drakken and Shego, will they or won't they, end up as a couple and what about Monkey Fist? That's the question on a lot of Kim Possible fans minds. "Graduation" left many questions unanswered and made Kim Possible fans want to see even more new episodes of Kim Possible. KP fans are all wishing and hoping that Bob and Mark, along with Steve would come back to Kim Possible if the folks at Disney would consider giving Kim Possible a Season Five.
What American Dragon fans want, is pretty much the same as Kim Possible fans. American Dragon fans were left in limbo after the airing of "The Hong Kong Longs" episode. ADJL fans would like to see what happens next with Jake and Rose and the majority of AJDL fans would like to see Rose move back to New York City, and for Jake and Rose to continue on with their relationship in the traditional Walt Disney fashion. There's also fans calling for the return of the Hunts Clan and especially the Hunts man.
Kim Possible and American Dragon fans want to support both their shows in every means possible. The folks at Disney only need to realize this and provide and make available Kim Possible and American Dragon merchandise to be sold at major retailers, especially at Disney Stores across North American and at Walt Disney theme parks. As well as releasing all four seasons of Kim Possible and both season one and season two of American Dragon on DVD for the North American market.
But what Kim Possible fans and American Dragon fans really want to hear is Disney announcing a Season Five of Kim Possible and a Season Three of American Dragon. Just like when Mr. Marsh announced a Season Four of Kim Possible and Kim Possible fans all over the world rejoiced in Disney's bold decision to listen to their fans, something all KP and ADJL fans right now wish Disney would just do again, listen to their fans.

gee thanks Amy it's really appreciated, but it's a story that needs to get attention. Too many times we lose the shows we love, it's time we the fans stood up for the shows we love and fight to get them back.

My favorite character is Shego: a snarky, unappreciated, overqualified henchperson, rendered in a sort of future-art-deco minimalism.

Your story expresses the frustration of thousands of fans, thank you. I like how you illustrate the problem in a logical manner and talk about it rationally instead of saying in all caps WE WANT MORE KP AND ADJL BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST SHOWS EVER!!! Your argument is more effective. However, if you want more people to read it, make it shorter. Only dedicated fans will read the whole thing, so if you want to reach a wider audience, condense your article or just make sure all of your main points come out in the first paragraph.

thanks for the comments and that's a good idea, it's just a matter of me having the time to condense it, seeing I have to make sure if anyone from the media reads it, that they get the point and they can give us a hand.
But thanks for the comments, and if your a fan of either Kim Possible or American Dragon or a fan of both shows, please join the fight for five to save Kim Possible and the Fight For Three to save American Dragon.
