Wisconsin leads the way. The federal government estimates morethan a quarter of the state's adult drivers had driven under theinfluence. Rounding out the worst five are North Dakota, Minnesota,Nebraska and South Dakota.

Actually, the article goes into some detail on why the residents of these states are such heavy drinkers.
