As the Dems Cry about Fox

Here is the real joke that is the left. They cry that Fox is bias, they want people to stop watching Fox. They want fox off the air. But in their America it is only the left point of view that is valid. They are upset because they can not compete on talk radio because Americans do not like to listen to the depressing hate and blame America message the left has. So what do they do? They want to pass a law that will ruin talk radio. They do not believe in the free market, their thing is control. They are not satisfied with, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, NPR they want Fox destroyed. Why? Lets look at the attention the three Major Networks have given the 08 candidates.

The study examined 517 campaign segments on the morning news shows broadcast on ABC, CBS and NBC in the first seven months of 2007. It found that the shows covered Democrats “nearly twice as much” as Republicans and framed interview questions from a liberal perspective most of the time. The study was produced by the MRC’s News Analysis Division. The MRC is the parent organization of Cybercast News Service. The study found that 55 percent of campaign stories on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” CBS’s “The Early Show” and NBC’s “Today” focused on Democratic candidates while only 29 percent focused on Republicans. The remaining 16 percent were classified as “mixed/independent.”

The morning shows aired 61 stories focused exclusively on Sen. Hillary Clinton, 44 stories on former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards, and 41 stories on Sen. Barack Obama, all of whom are seeking the Democratic presidential nomination. Former Vice President Al Gore, who is not officially running, was the subject of 29 stories. Republican candidates received less attention, according to the study. Sen. John McCain was the focus of 31 stories. Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was the focus of 26 stories and former Mass. Gov. Mitt Romney was the focus of 19 stories.

Interviews with Democratic candidates or their representatives accounted for more than four-and-a-half hours of airtime in the first seven months of 2007. Interviews with Republicans candidates or their representatives accounted for less than two hours, according to the study.

In addition to the time disparity, the report alleges that “the top Democratic candidates received much more favorable coverage than their GOP counterparts, with Sen. Clinton cast as ‘unbeatable’ and Illinois Sen. Barack Obama tagged as a “rock star.’”

In contrast, the most-featured Republican candidate, McCain, “was portrayed as a loser because of his support for staying the course in Iraq,” the report says. “Much of McCain’s coverage has emphasized the sinking nature of his campaign - declining poll ratings, and fund-raising that has failed to meet expectations. Republican candidates received less attention, according to the study. Sen. John McCain was the focus of 31 stories. Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was the focus of 26 stories and former Mass. Gov. Mitt Romney was the focus of 19 stories.

So not only are Dems getting twice as much coverage their coverage is positive and the Republican coverage is negative. On top of all that they hate Fox the only balance Republicans have. That is the tolerant left. MSNBC has been showing Sen, Craigs story every 15 min. non stop. Laughing and giggling and condemning all Republicans like if it is a major crisis. On the other hand Hillary and her traveling circus are busy cashing in money from criminals. And they mention it in passing. The reason the Dems must silent Fox is because Fox is the #1 cable news channel and the only one to show the negative side of the Dems and they can not have that they need total control or nothing.

Last week MSNBC ran the 15 min. loop of a blogger no one ever heard of claiming Fred Thompson was breaking FEC laws by not declaring he is running for POTUS. Every 15 min. this blogger would be on claiming Thompson was a criminal as the anchor look open eyed eating it up. But the next day nothing what happened? no one picked up the trail balloon? So MSNBC is on to the next thing Craig. But Hillary who is taking money from real criminals is ignored.

It is so bad that Chris Matthews had to admit the other day that the MSM is bias.

TOM DELAY: If [Craig] has been found guilty of what he’s been accused of, then yeah. But I do know that the Republicans will do something about it. I do know that if he were a Democrat they would rally around him and they would not do something about it. I do know that the national media is incredibly biased against Republicans that find themselves [in trouble] –

CHRIS MATTHEWS: That’s a charge which I’ve heard before and I can understand why you make it. You make it a lot.

“Sometimes you have a case to make.”

Further revelations by Chrissie Mathews:

“Sometimes water is wet”

“Sometimes fire is hot”

“Sometimes I hate Republicans”

“Sometimes I spray sputum”
