Earthquake in Northern Argentina (or maybe Chile)

Reports are coming in of a 5.3 magnitude earthquake in the northern city of Santiago Del Estero in Argentina. While much smaller than the 7.3 tremblor that hit Java earlier today, this one is only 20 km below the surface of the earth.

USGS reports a similar quake at the same general time but this one is described as being offshore of Valparaiso, Chile.
