Beisihuan Zhonglu, literally "north 4th ring, middle road" (it's really the 3rd ring, but they call it 4th). Adjacent to the Olympic Village and stadium, this is one of the main arteries of town and encircles Tiananmen at a radius of about 8km.

No, that's not fog. Not a dust storm, either. Hopefully it clears up by August. They're planting lots of trees in the area.
