MANILA - A magnitude 4.2 earthquake shook central and northern Luzon,
including the Philippine capital, shortly after noon Tuesday. There
were no immediate reports of injuries and damage. (Updated 1:02 p.m., Philippine time; 1:02 a.m. in New York)
