European Tourists Kidnapped in Ethiopia

The French Foreign Ministry confirmed that 15 European tourists were kidnapped from their vehicles in Ethiopia, on their way to a salt mine.  One of those kidnapped was Italian born Rossanna Moore, the wife of British Council in Ethiopia, Michael Moore. The four vehicle envoy was derailed in Dalol, 500 miles northeast of Addis Ababa.

Fifteen European tourists were kidnapped in the remote desert of northern Ethiopia, one of the hottest and most inhospitable areas in the world,
