When I worked for him and even when I wasn't working for him, I never heard him raise his voice, he always had an open ear for the musicians and street kids who came to him for advice and I'll never forget his support of my first activist organisation when we were being badged by ABC News during an interview in CBGS's and omfug.

This is indeed the end of an era.  - The Angryindian
