Sometimes it is necessary to hide formulas from other people's eyes. It is very simple to do this, in a few steps.

Two questions about hiding formulas.

1. I know how to hide formula bar. I know that by protecting cells in Excel, noone is able to see the formulas. But since those cells I hid are referrenced to another one that is not, whenever I change that one, the data of the hidden cells cannot change. Is there a way cells protected can change when I change the not hidden cell? For example:

Unhidden cell: Product 1.

Sales of Product 1: 2000

Change to Product 2 is not able. Is there a way I can do this?

2. By not protecting sheet, I can hide formula, but a user could still type F2 on the cell of the formula and still see it. Is tehere a way to not letting users to type F2?

Edgar.
