Merry Christmas to all NowPublic users

Loving Father, help us to remember the birth of Jesus,

That we may share in the song of the angels,

The gladness of the shepherds, and the

Worship of the wise men.

Close the door of hate and open the

Door of love all over the world.

Let sincerity and kindness come with every gift and good

Desires with every greeting.

Deliver us from evil and lead us not into temptation

By the blessing which Jesus Christ brings,

And teach us to be merry with clear hearts.

May the Christmas morning make us,

Happy to be thy children,

And the Christmas evening bring us to

Our beds with grateful thoughts,

Forgiving and forgiven, for Jesus' sake.

Holy Spirit, grant us the wisdom, understanding and

Knowledge to accept Christmas as it is: the mystery of

God being present where we would least

Expect Him, that is, poor among the poor.

May we always encounter you anytime

We offer service to the least brother of ours; the poor, the sick

And the distressed, in the Name of Jesus, who is Lord forever and ever….Amen.
