Miami is mopping up after Super Bowl XLI

More than 74,000 fans packed Dolphins Stadium to watch the Indianapolis Colts beat the Chicago Bears 29 – 17 in a steady downpour.

It was not ALL football, though.

PRINCE headlined the half-time show, backed by the Florida A-and-M University “Rattlers” marching band.

Cirque de Soleil provided pre-game entertainment and Billy Joel sang the National Anthem.

The Bears fans clearly out-numbered the Colts fans, but by the 4th quarter, with little hope of a Chicago come-back, they started leaving the rain-soaked stadium.

Miami gets to do it all over again when the Super Bowl returns in 2010.

Give a listen to my latest report.

Wayne your live dispatches from the front lines of Super Bowl XLI were something I think we've never had before at NP. The fact that you had such great access to the celebrities - amazing.
