People bet on the weirdest things these days, but punter Ross Hemsworth's latest flutter really takes the biscuit. The 49-year-old from Glastonbury has bet £100 at odds of 10,000 to one on the existence of the after-life.
The bet, placed with bookmakers William Hill could net paranormal investigator Hemsworth a cool £1 million if he is able to provide proof beyond resonable doubt that life after death is a reality.
If he has the evidence, he must hand it over by the end of this year to pocket the winnings.
