The Freedom to Ride...

While other T.V. stations are fighting out who is the most viewed
& reliable media company whom they feed with their viewers that they are
the ones who are telling the truth, in order to get more funds, money &
power in their hands and then twisting the naked truth. But in reality which of
them are providing public service that the people really need, which of them
are providing means for a viewer to get involved also to give public service
worldwide.

            Their is one
station whom in mind who is doing this things, UNTV37 a UHF channel which is
also can be seen free on the internet. With its morning program named Good
Morning Kuya hosted by Daniel Razon a premiere TV personality and in
cooperation with LTO (Land Transportation office), KAPI (Kabalikat sa
Pamamahayag International), Kamanggagawa Foundation, Bro. Eli Soriano - Ang
Dating Daan, Lingap Kapatid. Who is doing a great job for giving to the public
Free Services in the said program, like Free Medical, Free Legal, Jobs Fair,
Free Livelihood Seminars and the world's first FREE Bus Ride from Northbound to
Southbound and vice versa of E.D.S.A. (Epifaño Delos Santos Avenue) bundled by
a Free Meal, Free Coffee, Free Bible, Free Magazine, Free Audio CD, Free VCD
& sometimes Free Grocery when you get inside the bus. Who can say now that
there is no more free in this world. Now in it's continuation of free services
comes Free Ride in the MRT for the Senior Citizens of this country, the Philippines.

            In both the days
of my Grandfather & Father, not once in their stories since televisions
were born have told such a bold act to help people with small compensation to
save a lot from their hard earned money in commuting to and fro of their jobs
place.

These are the worthy news items that they should be broadcasting
if not done by these big media stations that worth off if not hundreds of
millions but billions of Philippine Currency. Or are they just afraid of a such
a small station can do more than theirs so they just counter or face it with
their clash to the other station that is in their level with the theme
"highest rating lies". These stations that I have grown watching and
sometimes awaiting for my favorite programs to air.  As I have seen, that entertainment is not
like food which you could fill your stomach with, it is if you are the
entertainer! And then their is also their foundation which a portion of all the
donations which goes to 'someone’s else’s pockets'. Well it goes from the Filipino
old saying "bato bato sa langit, ang tamaan ay huwag magagalit" (rock-rock
in the sky, whosever got hit don’t be angry).

            But now because
of someone or something that lurks in the dark is pursuing things for this
stations services and projects to be put to a stop. Why? Why is someone or
something does wants to do this. Are they that affected or jealous by its
endeavors or is it that you don’t have that kind of guts to do more good, even
the said author of this projects (Daniel Razon) was not put to sit in the
congress, now also this, think of it if ever he’ll be sited in the congress, we
can see more things done then.

            So people who
have ridden and got the taste of this services from UNTV’s Free Bus Ride, MRT
& LRT Free Train Rides, can you do something to let other stations know
this kind of public service and also help if not do it by telling the public
that there are still is free in this
world we live in and please don’t let it take it away our Freedom to Ride…
