Judge Bans Bams Uncle “Don Vito” for Ten Years

The MTV resident slob/sex fiend “Don Vito” needs to find
another character to play on TV. Maybe he can get a part on Desperate
Housewives as the village idiot. This is assuming Don Vito can act because until now he has only played himself the village idiot.

Vincent “Don Vito” Margera has been sentenced to what could be a life of probation, after a conviction on child sex assault charges. He must register as a sex offender and was told by the judge he can not play his Don Vito character for ten years.

Sounds like a competent judge, who is she/he? It would be nice to give credit where credit is due. All you seem to hear about anymore are the idiot judges, and there seem to be plenty of those.
