My polling place from today's Virginia primaries. There were several Obama '08 signs, but no Clinton signs to be seen.
Usually, the wait to vote is never more than 5 minutes at my polling station. But I waited in line for almost 90 minutes after getting there at 8am, and the line behind me was longer than it was when I got there. It was quite encouraging that everyone took the wait in stride, with really good humor at being packed like sardines in five loops inside a tiny hallway.
The local official said that he had not seen anything like it in the 30 years he'd been doing it. And I'd say the majority of people were under 50, as well.
