Project Lap Dance - 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8
4/05/2006, Stripper Motorsports had put there 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8 under the knife for what promises to be one of the FASTEST new Chargers in the Metro Detroit area! Here’s what you see so far, straight from the dealer to the dyno. With only 250 miles on our charger we took it to the dyno to see what she had from the factory. After 3 dyno runs we were pleasantly surprised with 369.6 rwhp and 373.7 rwtq. That is above what we thought it would lay down!
What’s next……… We will be installing Dynatech long tube stainless steel headers on her. A long with the headers we will be doing a Zoomer’s stainless steel cat back. This should allow the engine to breath a little better. A few more goodies will be going on it also. On the intake side of things we will be adding a new Stripper Motorsports, CNC ported throttle body and a K&N CAI. Also finishing off the first wave of upgrades will be a Custom Cold Fusion Direct Port Nitrous kit!!
Keep checking back here for updates each step of the way. We will also have track times once the weather here in Michigan get’s a little warmer. Also remember, anything you see us doing to this car………….we can supply you with the same. If you have any questions please feel free to call us or drop us a email. Stay tuned, updates and more projects are in the works!!
Stripper Motorsports 6/24/2006 As of today the car has under gone even more changes. Project Lap Dance is now sporting CNC ported cylinder heads, Custom camshaft and Full length Dynatech headers. Instead of the Zoomers exhaust, we went with the Mopar Performance cat back exhaust. This is a very nice piece in design and sound quality. We will be heading to the dyno with her during the week of 6-26-06. Stay tuned for dyno results.

Hey bimjiggs I found some things that didn't pass my sniff test. Could it be... fishy??? You might want to fix some stuff up or else it's headed to the bottom of our bird cage.
Want me to get particular? OK, I got a whiff that this story is actually just an ad for Stripper Motorsports. Can you prove otherwise? If you do, I'll be happy to remove this flag.
