Hey all you Dan-D Pak lovers!

I just came back from a shopping excursion at the Dan-D Pak at Broadway and Stevens, and I was shocked to hear from one of their employees that the owner may be closing it down! Apparently she is going through divorce proceedings and she may have to; a) sell the franchise (not so bad), or b) close the Dan-D down (Oh no!!)!

The business is not bringing in enough money to sufficiently fund the venture as it stands now, and she thinks that if she has to give her husband a lot of compensation, she definately will not be able to keep it open.

Give Dan-D some love y'all and keep it open! Who wants to shop at the awful Safeway?!?! There are other grocery stores on Broadway, but none which sell organic produce, have an awesome selection of stuff sold by weight, and a large selection of pantry-stocking items. Also, the prices are reasonable.

If you do not shop there, you totally should. Give her a try!
