Future Hangovers?

the first batch of alcohol based creating from our apple tree. I've never tried anything like this before, all I managed was one cake with the last crop but as so many apples went to waste last year I decided to have a go at apple Vodka this time (with a few sultana's for good measure - my little twist on the recipe)

Apparently 3 weeks in a cool dark place and it's all ready to go.
