John has been brought into the company to help sustain the good results that the company has seen in the last two years. In 2007 the company saw a record profit, which was then itself beaten last year. The sarnie supplier features particularly strongly in organisations such as the NHS, AIrlines, supermarkets, universities, the leisure industry and some bigger businesses. Even though the Bradford company is providing 120-170,000 sandwiches a week, managing partner, Richard Smith, says that figure will triple over the next three years.“We didn’t grow as fast as we might have done in the earlydays; but that turned out to be our strength, as othersfrequently expanded too fast,” said Richard.Around 60 products are now available - hot and cold,healthy/waistwatchers, gourmet and halal, to name butfour.
