November 7, 2006 -- Republican Blackwell versus Democrat Strickland. Traditional party stereotypes will not make any sense in November. Voters will have to find some other yardstick to judge by.
Better late and correct, than early and wrong. There's nothing bad about taking a few days carefully hand-counting votes. Especially in Presidential Elections.
The polling sites opened late but only 50 Ohioans gave up and left without voting. It's anticipated that opening even later during the November 2006 election would increase this number.
