Fifa slams Togo with $80,000 fine

"The Togo Football Federation (TFF) has been handed an $80,000 fine by Fifa for its team's planned boycott of a World Cup match. A dispute between the TFF and the players over unpaid bonuses threatened their 19 June World Cup group game against Switzerland in Dortmund."
