STEVE RATTNER PAID MY WIFE $500,000.00 TO LEAVE ME

THE FOLLOWING DETAILS WERE SUBMITTED IN A EDITED VERSION AS A SWORN AFFIDAVIT TO THE AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RECENTLY AS WELL AS A COPY TO THE AUSTRALIAN TAXATION OFFICE AND THE INLAND REVENUE SERVICE. THE SUGGESTION THAT THE CONTENTS OF THIS STORY ARE INACCURATE OR EMBELISHED ARE FALSE. RATTNERS OWN LETTERS, EMAILS AND HAND WRITTEN NOTES CONFIRM THE DETAILS, MONEY TRANSFERS AND PHOTOS, SURVELLIENCE. Its amazing what the rich will do to get their kicks. Its even more amazing what the rich will do to get a wife. It just happens to be a shame when the intended wife for the rich kids might actually be somebody else's wife. Rich People, they think they can buy anything. In this case Steve Rattner went to extraordinary lengths to 'purchase' his next wife having dumped his first one. Steve Rattner, of No. 11 madison Avenue, New York, managing director and head of DLJMB, the New York investment guru, and business partner of Donald Trump in the casino's, friend of Bloomberg and all round rich kid travelled to London as he usually does for "business". Mr Steve Rattner is not your usual businessman of course. His trips are usually intended to garner favour from prostitutes through Londons famous call girl service, Bella's, where all the rich buy their entertainment. Mr Steve Rattners shopping list usually consists of one item, A WIFE, and Mr Rattner usually gets what he wants. He refers to himself as Mr Ice, in his letters and emails, so he considers himself a very successful & effective busness man, of sorts. Mr Rattner takes many trips to London and tries out the services of many of the ladies on offer with costs ranging up to UK5,000.00 pounds per session. I wouldnt say flashing upwards of hundreds of thousands of dollars and counting at hookers was necessarily a great business tactic but clearly it has benefits, for both parties it seems. His recent trip to London was an excellent example of his managerial skills, business acumen and his taste for other mens wifes and prostitutes. Mr Rattner happened upon a extremely stunning and outgoing call girl and was immediately smitten. Mr Rattner wined, dined and flashed his cash to the not so poor prostitute. Mr Rattner then did what his idol did, Richard Gere, from the movie Pretty Woman, and made an offer to the prostitute to quit the industry and come live with him. Mr Rattner exercised a steely and confident gaze when he offered $500,000.00 to the stunning escort named Kelly, from Sydney Australia and enticed her to come live with him in New York. To facilitate the trip to New York for his intended new wife, Mr Rattner arranged work for her with his contacts in the fashion industry under the care of one of Madonna's makeup artists. To sell the whole experience Mr Rattner then flew Miss Milne to LA and offered to buy her out of her oustanding debt to her husband, which totalled $70,000.00. A photo shoot was also arranged in Kirsty Alley's house in LA and a portfolio made to show the once prostitute as a common, next door model, if there is such a thing. Mr Rattner lavished upon 'Miss Kelly Milne', ( who was really Mrs Kelly Cosgrove) exotic gifts and jewellery, designer clothes and trips to Macau, Hong Kong, Phillipines, France, Monaco and London in an effort to impress and dazzle the beautiful girl. He further promised a Ferrari, house and more cash if she would stay with him for a minimum of 2 years. I guess that pre-condition eludes to issues we are not aware of or suggests that he knows full well she would leave at some point, besides it gives both parties an out clause, cheaply. Miss Milne travelled home to Australia to collect her belongings whereupon she had the diffulcult task of advising her husband what she has done and what she was about to do. Of course, unknown to her, Mr Rattner had hired private investigators to follow her every move in Australia, and in doing so, Mr Rattner found out that Miss Milne was in fact Mrs Cosgrove. The husband was none other than international award winning designer & international dj, tommii cosgrove who was totally unaware of Mr Rattner's and his wifes liaisons, trips and ongoing affair. Now you would think that having found out that his intended bride was already married, Mr Rattner would have given up and walked away, but not Steve Rattner of Madison Avenue. He had the husband followed, investigated and threatened and continues to send text messages bragging about his victory. He even made trips to Sydney to catch up with her friends, (whilst her husband was in Melbourne) trying to impress her friends and family who all seemed to think that she was no longer with Mr Cosgrove. Needless to say Mr Cosgrove was extremely upset to hear about Mr Rattner and what he had done. Mr Rattner had through his considerable investigations convinced Miss Milne that she would be financially better off with him rather than stay with her husband. In a phone conversation between Mr Cosgrove and Mr Rattner sometime thereafter, Mr Rattner certainely didnt seem to fussed about what he was doing. From recent reports this is not the first time he has done this. There are emails recently as a result of this story that suggest Mr Cosgrove is not the first husband to feel aggrieved. It seems this Mr Rattner cant seem to pick his own wife so he butters up someone else's after all the hard work has been done. Seems like he is taking his work practices into his personal life. Mr Rattners favourite movies are "Pretty Woman" and "Indecent Proposal" so that will explain the motivation and influence. He writes about these things in his letters and email like they were cool, and even refers to himself as that guy in the pretty Woman movie. The only difference in this story was that Mr Cosgrove didnt know his wife was working as a prostitute and was completly unaware of Mr Rattner. That Mr Rattner is worth an estimated $1 Billion and counting, makes it easy to lavish gifts of Jewellery worth $100,000.00, trips worth $25,000.00 and so on to his female companions. Taking advantage of a suspected bi-polar drug dependant prostitute who was married was just another challenge that was easily overcome. To add insult to injury Mr Rattner invited Miss Milnes friend Lizz Allnut along for the ride and lavished gifts and travel upon her so that he could infiltrate Miss Milnes life and influence her decisions by stealth. Obviously it worked. It will come as no surprise then that Liz Allnut hadnt told her boyfriend of the trips either. Lets see how that one plays out as well. The real question is did Mr Steve Rattner use his personal money or was he using Credit Suisse or DLJMB money for the payment. That question remains unanswered to date and I am sure Mr rattner will not answer it. But what is known is that the money ended somewhere it shouldnt have, and I am not referring to just Mis Milne and there are ongoing investigations in that regard by a very high level Australian Government team. Mr Rattner also falsely claimed the money as a gift to elude taxes and additional fees in Australia. Needles to say that matter will be further investigated by the relevant authorities. So that we get the real picture on this Mr Steve Rattner, once he had his fun with Miss Milne, Mr Rattner dumped her for a younger model with a bigger set of lungs. Lucky he had his out clause. Miss Milne went through rehab then tried to comitt suicide, and along the way has destroyed her husbands once succesful international design business.
Rich people, they think they can buy anything. FAME, comes free. Ask Mr Rattner. There is plenty of evidence in the form of emails, text messages and letters from Mr Rattner to give this story the evidentry means to ensure

tommii cosgrove, I think your story has potential but needs some improvement. I've got a few suggestions, and if you give them a try, I'd be happy to remove this flag.
I wasnt sure what was newsworthy in this story. News should always be about posting current stuff - new things you've discovered.

well we have to disagree on this one, the head of DLJMB, possibly using DLJMB or Credit Suisse money to purchase prostitutes and a wife, falsely declaring for tax purposes, and now following the rush of private emails i have recieved from this post, clearly not the first time he has done this.......... i can only hope it is not you who suffers on the next trip to the UK,
forgive me for not thinking this was a story......

when? when has he stopped, from the emails coming thru, he does it continually
why? because he can apparently, and with such ease, it appears
i am sure thta the shareholders of Credit Suisse and DLJMB would like to know where their $800,000.00 went so qucikly and why it ended in the hands of underworld associates who are under investigation by the Australian Crime Comission....... please, this story has some serious legs, and Rattner has some answering to do.

and lets not mention the fact that the people who threatened and assaulted me are the same people who recivd some of the money....... or that they are involved in a $300,000,000.00 tax fraud case being investigated by the Australian Tax Office in conjunction with the Australian Crime Comission
now i ask, is Rattner involved?, did he know about all this when he sent the money,?, because he certainely knew about me, and i am sure his investigaors when the follwoed my wife, did an excellent job soine there was 3 of them.. they did a bang up job getting information on me, so i refuse to believe that he knows nothing

I am sure if anyone with the right resources followed this through, they would find more than I have, and I would bet my last dollar that he is not alone, its the Rich Mans Mistress Club.
I have been flown on a convoy of Airplanes to the Australian Alpine regions with rich kids who have so much money that the cost means nothing, who have paid for strippers, hookers and models to come to the party, who have taken some of them as mistresses, paid for their every need, house, car, money and all while married with kids, and worse, whilst I despised everything about what they were doing, and lost respect for even my closest friends and clients, I did nothing and said even less, all because I needed the work and the money that their network gave access to.
until it happened to me i did not really know or consider what the cost really was.
so now I see guys like Rattner and Spitzer in a different light, and I will do whatever it takes to let the world know

Hi Tommii, I came across your story by accident whilst researching for a project. I feel for you because a similar thing happened to me last year, but nowhere near the magnitude of your story. Is the girl still in London or did she leave? Do you stay in touch? I sincerely hope you can get your story out.

appreciate your message, this whole thing has resulted from research for my book, and has been a healing process. i didnt realise how much had really happened, because i was too busy staying alive, and away from harm
now that i am able to roam free again, its much better, and the story will get out
havent stayed in touch with her, as she just keeps making the same mistakes, and i am climbing back to the top of my mountain again, if i let her in or keep in touch she will do more harm than good
besides i couldnt trust a god damn word she would say anyway, and for me trust is a big thing
hope you are getting results with your project
stay tuned for the book, its a killer...... even if i ring that bell early, i still am gobsmacked how much sh1t has happened to one guy, ME, its truly amazing, i still slap myself just to check

After reading your story I could not help but notice a few things.
1. If you were so succesful as a DJ, designer, Husband etc, then why was your wife working as a prostitute, either you knew about it and as such were trying to benefit from her "work" or you were unaware which means you are a moron to not know what your wife is upto. Sounds like a great marrige, one destined for the record books.....
2. You have written quite an elaborate story, however, what is really the problem here..... is it not that your wife chose to leave your broke ass, chose to stop being a hooker to support herself and possibly you, and chose a better life, maybe even a better person.
3. From what I gather from your story, a hot chick, married to a broke ass, working as a prostitute to support herself, and possibly her broke ass husband, was offered a way out of having to sell herself and live a better life..... and surprise she took it. Hang on while i call a press conference.
And sounds to me like your wifes friend was no saint either, going out of the country to be a prostitute, hiding it from her boyfriend......
So if I have not misunderstood you... you would have prefered that your bi polar, drug dependent, prostitute wife as claimed by you, should have remained a prostitute as long as you benifited from her earnings, and should have continued to sell herself to strange men, in foreign countries.... that sounds like a much better thing to do... according to you
Mr. Cosgrove, get your shit together, stop slandering other people, stop blaming people for your failure as a man, your wife that was having to sell herself to make money left you for a better man.....and yes a richer man....deal with it. Stop ranting and raving and coming up with story about all kinds of things that are irrelevent.

Honestly Tommii, it sounds like you got screwed over pretty bad by your ex. But, airing another man's laundry on a public forum just makes you look pathetic and bitter. I'm sure that somewhere out there, someone has some bad things that they could post about you. I feel for your experience, but you need to move on. Stop looking around for blame, and except the past. If your story is accurate and unbiased, which seems very unlikely given your involvement, then be happy she's out of your life. If she really valued the monitary bribe that you allege, more than her love for you, either you weren't taking care of buisness at home, or she is just a superficial, cold, hooker that you shouldn't have wanted in your life. Either way, I think perhaps your anger stems from a lack of self confidence. let it go. What good really comes from bashing another man. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get over it.

In your desperate attempt to make someone else look bad, you have inadvertantly made yourself look like a pathetic loser. Take it from someone who's been there, rants like these may seem like a good idea at the time, but they only draw extra attention to the very thing that hurts you the most. If you ever become man enough to get over this situation, maybe you can learn to keep better people close to you. And maybe THAT is actually what you are bitter about. Think about it. Tommii: I'm sorry, what doesn't make sense about this was the fact that your wife slept with other men, as a job. I think that is what makes all of this pretty hard to care about. The sad fact is that you were not only cuckolded, you were cuckolded as a function of COMMERCE, an arena in which you're clearly not terribly equipped to compete. I can see why that would make you feel bad, but to splash it all over cyberspace transcends foolishness...it's clearly a psychological dysfunction of the first order. You need to deal with your own issue -- be it limited earning power, embarassment about your lack of physical endowment, or whatever else it is that makes you feel small -- and move on with life.
