Barclays Supporting Mugabe?

Barclay's Group via its subsidiary in Zimbabwe has lent the Mugabe ZANU-PF Regime $46.4 Million in the year 2007. This was corroborated by documents seen by the Daily Telegraph and in defiance of EU Sanctions in spite of a ruling by the Foreign Office [UK] in favour of Barclay. Norman Lamb, an MP with the Liberal Democrats considers Barclay's behaviour scandalous.
