In a He said, She Said, the Supreme court has struck down a claim of defamatory claims, calling someone a Nazi if you are Anti Gay, this defamatory accusation goes back to 1999, when on Air, Radio Host Rafe Mair accused Anti Gay Moron Ms. Kari Simpson of being a Nazi, to which she went whining to the courts over being defamed.  Though it was okay to slander Gays at every opportunity.  And we wonder why our Court are so backlogged, when stupidity reigns supreme  with the likes of Kari "Ilsa of the SS" Simpson walking this earth.  In my satiric view I thought I wonder what Kari would look like in a SS uniform and remarkably in my Photoshop'd Photo of her in it, she looks good!

OTTAWA -- A Supreme Court of Canada ruling that an outspoken Vancouver radio host is not liable for defamatory statements he made has stretched Canada's freedom of expression laws and has made it easier to defend defamation suits, a media law expert suggests.

Canada's highest court delivered a 9-0 ruling Friday upholding a previous B.C. Supreme Court decision that the right to fair comment protected "shock jock"Rafe Mair's statements in an on-air editorial about Kari Simpson, a well-known public figure whom Mair compared to Nazis and Ku Klux Klan members.
