Thu, 18 Sep 2008 09:12:33 GMT President Chavez says President Bush is seeking to topple independent states and those opposed to its hegemony in the Latin American region. According to IRIB correspondent in Caracas, Chavez said on Wednesday that the Bush administration is at the end of its rope. Bolivian President Evo Morales has declared the US ambassador to La Paz 'persona non grata', accusing the envoy of provoking separatism in the Latian American state.
Morales is struggling with violent opposition protests. Lambasting economic policy of the Bush administration, Chavez said Bush's wrong policy has crippled the US economy. Some Latin American countries have protested the US meddling in the affairs of their own countries.
South American presidents declared support for Bolivia's leader and announced plans to investigate unrest in his country that took as many as 30 lives in the past week.
