According to Greg Sargent at TPM, the unity meeting this Friday, the first appearance of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinto0n together since Clinton’s withdrawal, will be in Unity, New Hampshire.  The appearance was announced last week and the announcement of the place came from the Obama Campaign today.  Unity, NH is not only fitting because of the town name, but also because Obama is gaining momentum in the latest New Hampshire polling, but also because during the Democtratic primary in New Hampshire, Obama and Clinton split the two vote 107-107.

How about New Mexico?  Rasmussen polling released a poll today that shows Obama with a 8 point lead over John McBush McCain.  Obama leads 47-39.  New Mexico is one of those Southwestern states that tends to be trending tot he Democrats.  George W. Bush only carried New Mexico by just under 6,000 votes. 3BD
