Surrey RCMP: Top 10 car thieves named

Granted, not as Funny as Letterman's Top 10 List.
These Winners of the RCMP's Top 10 list of Car Thieves leaves many Taxpayers in British Columbia wondering why these repeat offenders were let out in the first place, now we are not talking criminals with one or two criminal convictions, we are talking criminals with dozens of criminal convictions, so much so these criminals view their court appearances as a minor nuisance, more so, one criminal freed time and time again for car theft knows he is going to be freed by a BC Justice system after each conviction, steals cars and drives them to the courthouse to keep his court appointments.
I ask you WTF are we paying Taxes for?
Of course we know our Illustrious TOP COP John Les, the Solicitor General and Minister of Public Safety who resigned in disgrace last week over accusations of criminal corruption in land development deals, if found true, would leave many to wonder if our Solicitor General was too busy wondering where is next corrupt land development deal was coming from? Too bad land isn't as portable a commodity like cars where thieves can just walk off with it, cause if that were the case, I am sure if convicted of these land development charges Mr. Les as TOP COP would take a great personal interest in exhausting all our Tax Dollars in stopping thieves from making off with his livlihood.
Below is todays link on John Les's corruption charges laid by our Federal RCMP, who by the way are independant of John Les's Provincial Ministry and in all liklihood the RCMP embarrassingly like us wonder how the hell this former disgraced MLA and previous Dairy Farmer / Mayor got named Top Cop, when there are other names that are more appropriate with Mr. Les's current situation.
Perhaps one day the RCMP will feature a Top Ten Corrupt Politicians List, a List, I am sure many will qualify for.

I invite readers to view theTop Ten photos of the RCMP's contest winners as you wonder why they were not put in prison for a decade or two, but let free to steal time and time again.
The RCMP lists British Columbia's most wanted offenders. Jason Daniel Marshall claims the top spotVancouver SunPublished: Tuesday, April 01, 2008

Marshall, 32, first came to the attention of police in 2001 when he earned the nickname "Jetta Jay" for stealing Volkswagen Jettas and Audis after discovering a way to bypass their alarm systems, said Sgt. Gord Elias of the RCMP's anti-car theft squad.
