Two Sides of a Coin (Update)

It seems that some with views like or similar to White supremacist David Duke, are in the odd position of allegedly not being too adverse to a win by the Democratic presumptive presidential nominee, Senator Barack Obama. As it has been previously stated, it is hoped that the senator serves as a 'visual aid' to rally more White people to action to reclaim 'their' country.

It is being reported that this is a widely held belief and hope among White supremacists, estimated to be around 200,000 nationwide by organizations that monitor the activity of such groups.

To read more information about these groups, click here. At this link, it states:

Some 150,000 to 200,000 people subscribe to racist publications, attend their marches and rallies, and donate money. Approximately 100 hatelines are in operation, with recorded messages that propagandize the caller with hate-motivated speeches and publicize upcoming meetings and rallies. Because of their increasingly sophisticated use of the media and electronic technology, there are 150 independent racist radio and television shows that air weekly and reach hundreds of thousands of sympathizers.

Recently, in an interview from his home, the Mississippi organizer of a White separatist anti Dr. Martin Luther King Day march earlier this year in January 2008 in Jena, Louisiana, Robert Barrett, formerly of New York, discussed his views regarding what he calls the "so-called" civil rights bill and a hoped for realization that it needs some "tweaking".

Others reject this desired dire and anticipated outcome.

AN UPDATE:

On the other side of the coin, however, the internet blogs of White supremacist sites have been filled with calls for the death of Senator Obama.

An interview, aired by FOXNews, was conducted with the Grand Wizard of the National Knights of the Ku Klux Klan International, where he discussed his views about a possible assassination of Senator Barack Obama.

From an article titled, America Burning: Racists Say Obama Must Die, posted by Scotsman.com:

John W Hickenlooper, the Democrat Mayor of Denver (the host city, in Colorado, for the Democratic National Convention beginning August 25, when it is presumed Senator Obama will be officially named the Democratic nominee for President of the United States), confirmed that he was aware of threats against Obama from white supremacists and other racist groups.

He added that the Denver Police Department was working closely with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Secret Service. He said: "We are looking at every possibility and making sure that we have prepared for every conceivable contingency. If someone is threatening violence we will go to great lengths to deal with that."

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has released an unclassified 14 page report, dated July 2008, entitled, White Supremacist Recruitment of Military Personnel Since 9/11, detailing increased activity in the Armed Forces, with the report stating:

Sensitive and reliable source reporting indicates supremacist leaders are encouraging followers who lack documented histories of neo-Nazi activity and overt racist insignia such as tattoos to infiltrate the military as ‘ghost skins,’ in order to recruit and receive training for the benefit of the extremist movement.

This report has been released to law enforcement agencies nationwide.

Karen Hatter, I like this story. It's good stuff.  It is too bad that White Supremacists don't realize that the real cause of their discontent is not the black man or the Asian or Jew.  Their real problem is with God, Himself. The Almighty decided to express the range of His creative genius by implementing diversity throughout His creation, making no two plants, animals, or people exactly alike.  Each fingertip differs from the others on the same hand!  Making everyone different was God's prerogative, and He exercised it.  You would think that with the universe being full of diversity even before God ever made man, we would all be used to it and accept diversity by now.

Think you had better go back to school. Man was not made but evolved.

Karen Hatter, I like this story. It's really good stuff.   Certainly the KKK are looking for civil strife and us economic ruin with race riots in the streets if god forbid anything ever happened to him.

The same subliminal thoughts Hillary put to the nation when she refused to step down in the hopes that perhaps Obama would meet the fate of another famous and popular Rock Star politician, a Kennedy, who only became Iconic after his death.  A icon of prominence, myself, as sure as his family and many Americans hope Obama is never bestowed with, at the hands of a Whacko's Rants, to be taken to heart by others whose quest that he/she too can share in the Obama Prominence as a Historical Infamous Icon, like Booth, Sirhan and Oswald.

People who think that whites have lost control of the country... hhhh. It's like trying to talk to someone who's arguing that the sky is orange: at that point you're not dealing with rationality.

The sky is only Orange at sunset!

We should not give those racists the time of day by even mentioning what they said.  There are racists with all different skin colors and always will be.  I am white and I do not give any basis to Farrakhan's ideals.  One of my son-in-laws is black, the other hispanic.  I could care less what color they are.  They treat my daughters very well and work hard.

I know what you ar saying and do not think it is a light matter.  Once I was buying a tractor in southern Oregon and was taken inside the owners home.  It turned out it was in the middle of a KKK meeting and they were talking about going after a 'Jew boy'.  My wife and kids were in the car.  The fear I had I can not describe. It was similar to fear I had when I had to by law work in the middle of the LA race riots about 15 years ago but more intense.

Racism is there but we need to give it no ground to affect us as much as possible.

The majority of individuals that subscribe to the philosophies espoused by the individuals of which I have written, who, in fact, are among the minority within the group they claim to represent, rely on those who do not subscribe to their views to ignore them and pretend they do not exist.

I do not subscribe to that methodology.

For personal sanity sake we need to keep those on either extreme in a place so they do not ruin our own inner lives but be ready to act as needed.  We as Americans do stand together whether black or white and it is automatic.  I had the same feelings too when I read the article the other day.  We all did.  I live in NE TX.  Believe me there are white racists all around (we are trying to move) but they know by TX law I can and will shoot (at least they think so) if I feel threatened.  They never drive in front of my house anymore.  I do act.  I am a registered democrat and it is the democrats here who run the place and are the racists.  It is sick.  I am not going to let them ruin my life.  I did bring some feds in though.  That was fun and they got scared.

Is Robert Byrd a contributor to the publication?

I'm sure he, David Duke and the late Jesse Helms could have provided insight and information had they chosen to do so.

Senator Byrd has denonced his former Envolvement with the KKK.  He also endorsed Obama for President.

Senator Byrd stated, “I believe that Barack Obama is a shining young statesman, who possesses the personal temperament and courage necessary to extricate our country from this costly misadventure in Iraq, and to lead our nation at this challenging time in history"

Karen, I wouldn't give these American Terrorists much airtime as they are a weak loose knit group of uneducated folks who seem to have missed the sections in the Bible that talk about Jesus uniting folks, Jesus speaking to Samartians, and Jesus coming back on the day of Pentecost as the Holy Spirit that caused everyone from divers countries to hear the word of God in their own languages.  That event signified the transfer of God's Kingdom to  men who chose to follow the Lords teaching. Pentecost was the reuniting of the dispersion that Happened in Babelon.

These Bozo's are so blind they cannot see the truth.  I am sure that our Secret Service will foil any attempts on the Life of Obama.  The SS has already shown that they are willing and able to defeat planned attempts on Obama's Life.

Here is a quick statement to anyone who wishes to Injure Obama... do you really want a Biden as your President?  C'mon!

I also rememeber that the Klan endorsed Obama saying anything was better then Clinton

There was a Klan endorsement earlier in the year. I guess they hate Hillary more than Obama

KENTUCKY - USA - Imperial Wizard, Ronald Edwards has stated that, "anything is better than Hillary Clinton."

White Christian Supremacist group the Ku Klux Klan has endorsed Barack Obama to be the next President of the United States of America.  Source: dailysquib.co.uk

I watched a Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan, in an interview produced and shown on ABC last week, state that their organization uses whatever it feels it needs to do to promote their agenda, including deception, to further their cause.

I can't imagine anything more deceptive than the pretense that they would support Barack Obama in lieu of the wife of the former president, whose family's roots are in Arkansas, with the former president himself, bearing, as his middle name, the name of the president of the Confederacy of the United States.

Subterfuge and disinformation are key elements used by these groups and would seem very successful since I've been reading for months more press about how the White nationalists/supremacists relish and embrace an Obama presidency while, hoping it will start a race war, while, on the flip side, all of their sites that call for plans for the now President Elect's death get less attention.

As long as it is now understood by all law enforcement agencies that threats to the life of the President are a federal offense, remember Squeaky Fromm got life for pointing a toy water gun at a president, let's hope all who make these threats are rounded up in due course.
